The downside of this training is the time accelrator. When I first started I did not start abiding by the nutrition guide until long past the first half of my first round of P90X. The Dysfunctional Parrot is a disgruntled Systems Analyst who wanders the Canadian wastelands saving small villages with the power of Kung Fu. As I expected, I got a better workout with the free weights, although this could simply be a function of selecting more challenging weight or being more familiar with the moves in the workout.

Clearly P90X3 Total Synergistics was a great workout in 30 minutes but less intense than some of the other P90X3 workouts that I have tried in the program or other X programs. She is a true powerhouse while continuing to be humble, thoughtful and authentic.
