If we are dealing stuco just the advance lever then I’d say that you have over advanced the film at the last frame. I’ve acquired an Electro 35 GSN that needs some repairs.

To free up the shutter and advance lever, rotate the command switch to “M90” if I recall. Is it a shutter issue? No booby traps are waiting for you
